As the light and dark hold equal ground, we gather to honor the turning of the wheel. This gentle Autumn Equinox circle invites you to slow down, root in, and set intentions for the season ahead, tapping into the quiet magic of autumn as nature turns inward.
We'll open with a grounding meditation to mark the balance point of the year, then talk through ways to support the body through the transition into autumn including herbs, and practices to ease the shift as the days shorten.
From there, we get hands-on with herbcraft: you'll make your own electuary (a traditional herbal honey) using herbs chosen to support the immune system as we move into cold and flu season. You'll leave the circle with your own herbal preparation in hand, a little piece of seasonal magic to carry with you into the darker months.
