Infusions: morning teas, cooking water, and “herbal broths”
Oil infusions: infusing dried or fresh herbs into olive oil for cooking
Decoctions: concentrated extraction for syrups
Tinctures (vinegar, alcohol, glycerin/glycerites): for medicine, taste, and more!
Powders: cooking and baking with herbal powders.
You will leave with an herbal infused goodie for your kitchen use!
